IMPORTANT EMERGENCY INFORMATION
What
grades are offered at the school?
Kindergarten-Grade 5. Children must turn five years old by August
31st of the current school year to enroll in Kindergarten.
Who
can register at the school?
Priority enrollment is given to children of employees of the JFK
Medical Center and their affliates and then open to the public as
space allows.
What
do I need to have to register my child(ren)?
All new students must have an original birth certificate, completed
health records and the most recent report card from the transferring
school.
What
medical records do I need?
All students must have all required shots and must provide the blue
immunization card. Students transferring from a public school in
Palm Beach County should already have this card on file in cummulative
file at the previous school.
What
is a Charter School?
A charter school is a public school that is governed by an independent
governing board. A charter school provides a comprehensive program
with flexibility in curriculum and practices.

Does
the charter school participate in state testing programs (ie. FCAT/NRT)?
Our school must meet all standards for student performance required
in the state of Florida, therefore we participate in all state required
testing.
Does
the charter school provide transportation?
We provide transportation for students who live between two and
four miles from the school. Students living further must be transported
to school.
Does
the charter school offer enrichment classes?
We offer Art, Music, Media, P.E., and Spanish classes. Our most
capable students are invited to participate in an enrichment program.
Does
the charter school offer before/after care or camp programs?

Does
the charter school offer a school lunch program?
Yes, we participate in the National School Lunch Program and students
can buy or bring their lunch.

Does
the school have a dress code?
Yes, the children wear khaki bottoms and a school logo shirt.
Does
it cost to go to the school (tuition)?
No, it is a free public school.

school may be closed parents are asked to contact their local media
and call our emergency hotline, "READY TO RESPOND" with
